The Holt family business tradition goes back to the mid-1880’s in California when Benjamin Holt produced his first horse-drawn "Link-Belt Combined Harvester," starting a tradition of invention and innovation that has endured for generations.
 

Edward joined HOLT in January 2008 following a successful career at AT&T.

Tony was Executive Advisor to the Munich Re Board of Management for MR US Holding effective January 1, 2023, thru December 31, 2023, during his transition from CEO.  He is the former president and chief executive officer of Munich-American Holding Corporation, a role he held for 15 years.  In that capacity, he is former chair of Hartford Steam Boiler Group, Inc. and American Modern Insurance Group, Inc. He was also a board member of Munich Re America Corporation and several of the related corporations.  
 

As CEO, Tony had overall responsibility for Munich Re’s property and casualty reinsurance and specialty insurance businesses, primarily in North America, where he grew the business from $2.4 billion in 2008 to over $11 billion as of year-end 2022, while significantly broadening the Group’s presence, influence and positive impact in North America.  

 

Tony has and remains the 'eyes and ears' on the insurance-reinsurance transformation necessary for achieving our Future Proofing America Framework.

Erin is not only Chief Operating Officer of InterLinc - one of the largest national mortgage companies - but is the highly-respected President of the Texas Mortgage Bankers where - in her capacity - she has led a state and national strategy to address insurance-reinsurance-mortgage financing challenges due to persistently high levels of disasters across residential and commercial markets.

Erin has become increasingly concerned with the rise of natural disasters and the resulting insurance premium increases and gaps in coverage while rebuilding costs has become a potential 'nail in the financial coffin' for many.   Erin is determined to foster action and impact for how we can be better stewards of our communities and the families that sustain them.

Considered a leading "transaction" lawyer, Dan's almost 40 years of practice have been largely focused on representing business entities, entrepreneurs, and investors in a wide array of corporate and business transactions, including merger and acquisition transactions and equity and debt financing transactions. His experience spans several business sectors, both public and private, and includes serving as general counsel of an Austin-based telecommunications company that developed markets in Mexico and Central America.

 

Before co-founding the firm in 2007, Dan was a partner/shareholder in three of Texas’ most prominent law firms.Long active in community and civic affairs, Dan has served on numerous government and charitable boards, including service as Chairman of the Board of Regents of the Texas State University System, Director of the Texas Office of State-Federal Relations, and Chairman of the Board of Mental Health America of Texas, Make-A-Wish Foundation of Central and South Texas, Texas Lyceum Association, and The First Tee of Greater Austin. He is an alumnus of The University of Texas at Austin and The University of Texas Law School where he graduated with honors and served as an editor of The Texas Law Review.
