Smart Watershed Mitigation Initiative

1000s of detention and retention ponds, street-level drainage, river and tributary basins, residential and commercial mitigation all disconnected from each other - and worse not linked for sharing information up-stream, at-point, nor down-stream! We approach watersheds and water similar to traffic management - by identifying when to release and when to hold rainwater and storm flow before, during, and after a wet weather event. Our approach - the Smart Watershed Mitigation Initiative - addresses quantity, quality, and conservation issues seamlessly.

Based on the longstanding form of real estate and government partnerships - municipal utility districts have successfully funded key water, energy, transportation, and similar infrastructure.
